Paul gives Matt a piece of his mind about the lack of an arrest, then discovers Terese getting a quote to go ahead with the refurbishment of Charlie’s. He orders her to stay out of it – the place stays exactly how it is. She knows how much he is hurting, but secretly orders the refurbishments anyway.
